"(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to forward the result / data of the students before the respondent No. 1 to 3 for consideration of scholarship.

(ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to 3 to open the portal for submission of result and accepting the scholar ship data and further release the scholarship forthwith."

Sri J.K. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 - Registrar, Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Chikitsha Padhati Board, Lucknow submitted that as per instructions dated 26.06.2025, the result has already been declared. In support of his contention, he has also referred the paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the written instructions. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 has placed the instructions during the arguments, which is taken on record.

Ms.Ainakshi Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appeared on advance accepted notice on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 3 submitted and undertaken that since the result has already been declared by respondent no.4, the State will take proper steps to open the portal for submission of result.

Heard Sri Prashant Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Ms. Ainakshi Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appeared on advance accepted notice on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 3, Sri Jai Krishna Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4, the contents made in the writ petition and documents on record.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents, I am of the view that no useful purpose would be served to keep the

matter pending for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to open the portal as undertaking given by learned Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents, within two weeks, from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if no other impediment.
