Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1, Mr. Ravi Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Mr. Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the Government insofaras it denies approval of affiliation to the petitioner's institution for B. Pharma Court for academic year 2024-2025.

Also under challenge are recommendations dated 10.02.2025 of the affiliation committee of the University pertaining to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for University on the basis of instructions however submits that the order dated 17.02.2025 does not pertain to the petitioner institution at all, whose name figures at item no.12.02 of the recommendation whereas the order dated 17.02.2025 has been passed with regard to item no.12.01 of the recommendation.

Learned State Counsel has also been provided written instructions dated 11.3.2025 a copy of which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for opposite parties on the basis of instructions submit that the aspect of recommendation pertaining to petitioner institution is still pending consideration before the State Government and opinion has been sought from the Law Department.

In view of such admission on the part of the opposite parties, opposite party no.1, i.e. State of U.P. through its Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Technical Education, Government of U.P., Civil Secretariat, Lucknow is directed to take final decision with regard to the petitioner's application for grant of affiliation expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid direction writ petition stands disposed of .
