On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioners, he is permitted to implead Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar, Nodal Agency for Department of Civil Aviation Department as respondent No.3 in the array of the parties.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Suresh Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

This writ petition is preferred for following principal relief:

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to consider/decide the grievances/ application dated 02.06.2025 of the petitioners within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

II. Issue such other further writ order direction or which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer that objection/application 02.06.2025 may be decided by the newly impleaded respondent No.3 - Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar, Nodal Agency for Department of Civil Aviation Department.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending consideration. Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties and without entering into merit of the case of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioners move a fresh representation for redressal of their grievances before the newly impleaded respondent No.3 within two weeks from today, the same may be decided within next eight weeks.
