1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"I.Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and to quash the impugned recovery notice dated 05.02.2025 issued by the respondent No. 4.

II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and to quash the impugned order dated CO49712.2024 passed by the respondent No.4 in Case No.09678/2019 [Computerized Case No.T201916530109678] (report Lekhpal vs. Ram Chandra) under Section-67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 4 not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question till the final disposal of Case No. of 2024(Ram Chandra Vs. State of U.P. through Collector and another) under section- 67-A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before respondent No. 3."
