This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents, specially the respondent no. 3 to take a decision on the application dated 21.03.2025 regarding correction on the Abadi gata no. 1339 plot no. 235 situated in village Gurauli, Tehsil Tirwa, District Kannauj recorded in the gharauni within the stipulated period as determined by this Hon'ble Court. "

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application has been moved on 21.03.2025 before respondent no. 3, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 21.03.2025, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
