Mr. Sudhir Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had made application dated 24^th October, 2024 to have license to open ultrasound clinic. Respondent no.3 is sitting over the application. He seeks direction for expeditious disposal and grant of license.

Dr. D.K. Tiwari, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner does not have requisite qualification. Mr. Mehrotra disputes the submission

Respondent no.3 is directed to expeditiously deal with petitioner's application dated 24^th October, 2024 for issuance of license. For the purpose said respondent will give opportunity to petitioner to produce relevant documents.

Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order alongwith copy of his application dated 24^th October, 2024, to respondent no.3. Said respondent will communicate decision taken thereon after giving the opportunity as aforesaid, within four weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
