- The petitioner approach this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the matter of the petitioner for running of fair price shop number 459 Kotwali Prakhand, Varanasi allotted in favour of the petitioner by Koniya Upbhokta Sahkari Samiti, Ltd., Varansi.
- It is argued that after the fair price shop license granted in favour of Sri Akhilesh Jaiswal was cancelled on 18.12.2021 a resolution was also passed in the same meeting to appoint the petitioner as ad-hoc Manager to run the said shop. Pursuant to the aforesaid, a letter dated 22.01.2022 was written by the respondent no. 2/Assistant Commissioner & Assistant Registrar, Sahkarita, Varanasi to the District Supply Officer, Varansi/respondent no. 3 on 22.01.2022. It is further argued that till date no decision has been taken in the matter, hence the present petition.
