A supplementary affidavit has been filed today, which is taken on record, which casts a specific allegation against the SDM and revenue officials of the district concerned that, despite making a specific averment in paragraph 17 of the writ petition that no demarcation was carried out prior to demolition and no notice under Section 67/67A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was served upon the petitioners, the respondents have destroyed the standing crop of the petitioner on the very next date.
Let a personal affidavit be filed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned in response to the allegations made in the writ petition as well as in the supplementary affidavit.
