"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to release the remaining loan amount of Rs. 3,20,000/- (Three lakh Twenty Thousand) from the total loan amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh) sanctioned to the petitioner under the "Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (CM-YUVA)" forthwith."
