Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs:

"a) Because the email communication dated 27.11.2024 by which the admission of the petitioner in the MBA program has been cancelled by the University is totally unjust, arbitrary and illegal and action of the opposite parties is against the principles of natural justice.

b) Because the University has taken an extreme and unwarranted step by cancelling the petitioner's admission merely seven days before the commencement of the first-semster examinations for the MBA program.

c) Because the first semester examination of MBA program of the petitioner are scheduled to commence from 04.12.2024 and if the petitioner would not be allowed to appear in the exams then he would suffer irreparable loss and damage."

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that subsequently the petitioner has qualified the requisite examination and as such, the petitioner should be permitted to pursue his course. The petitioner also states that he has moved an application before respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the Deputy Registrar would take a decision at the earliest.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today. In case, such an representation is filed, the same shall be considered sympathetically in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of filing of the representation.
