The order dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Naraini, District-Banda has become infructuous, inasmuch as, all relevant documents were produced before the Consolidation Officer.

Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the name of the petitioner has been mutated in the land records.

A copy of the mutation order is made over to Shri Prashant Singh Som, learned counsel and Shri Suresh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
