In compliance with the order dated 05.02.2025, the petitioner's appeal bearing no. 1008 of 2011, Rajendra Prasad and others vs. Adya Prasad and others has been decided by the judgment and order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jaunpur. A copy of the aforesaid judgement and order has been forwarded to this Court by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation along with a covering letter dated 19.02.2025 through the Registrar (Compliance).
In view of the aforesaid event, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record with the remark that any party aggrieved by the order of the Settlement Officer of Consolidation will have his remedies before the competent forum.
