Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that today he has been served with a copy of the order dated 23.12.2023 and he intends to challenge the said order. He prays that the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
