Learned counsel for the respondent-BSA has placed the instructions before the Court today, which is kept on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jay Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-BSA and learned Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.

The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay entire arrears of pension payable to the petitioner since December 2012 till date on account of pension benefits earlier granted to the petitioner till November 2012 calculated upon attaining superannuation of the petitioner on 30.04.2009 from service of Assistant Teacher, Purv Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ismilepur Majra, Tehsil Nakur, Saharanpur and pay monthly pension to the petitioner continuously forthwith."

On the basis of instructions placed before the Court today, learned counsel for the respondent-BSA submits that District Basic Education Officer, Saharanpur, vide order dated 26.08.2025, has already directed for payment of pension in sum of Rs.9751/- per month. A copy of the aforesaid order has been duly served upon Jay Kumar s/o Hem Singh (petitioner). The instructions placed on record also bear an endorsement acknowledging receipt of the said order by the petitioner's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of above, nothing remains in this petition, accordingly, stands dismissed .
