The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following main prayers:-

(i) "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 DIOS to pay the remuneration to the petitioners through the respondent no. 6 Agency in respect of works done by the petitioners from 01.02.2024 to till date.

(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 DIOS to pay the regular remuneration to the petitioners through the respondent no. 6 Agency."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners without entering into merits of the case, made innocuous prayer that he may be permitted to file fresh representation before the District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj along with present petition and also prayed that the District Inspector of Schools, Prayagraj may be directed to pass an appropriate order on the representation within time bound period.

Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of Staterespondents vehemently opposed the petition on merit, but has not opposed the prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Sri Deepak Chauhan learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the contents made in the writ petition.

Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as no objection made on behalf of learned

Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file a fresh detailed representation along with the present writ petition as well as certified copy of this order before respondent no.4 within ten days from today. After receiving the said representation, respondent no.4 is directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
