The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:

"Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners in terms of Government Orders dated 24.02.2026 and Rules dated 12.09.2016; and/or to consider the case of the Petitioners as per the directions made by Hon'ble Court in CMWP No. 38333 of 2016 (Bhairav Nath and others v State of UP and others)."

Sri Vijay Prakash Mishra, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents vehemently opposed the petition on merit, but has not opposed the innocous prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri Vijay Prakash Mishra, learned Standing Counsel and perused the contents made in the writ petition.

Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as no objection made by learned standing counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner is provided to file a fresh detailed representation along with the present writ petition and certified copy of this order before respondent no. 2, Training and Employment Directorate, UP, Rojgar Bhawan, Lucknow within 10

days. After receiving the said representation, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
