Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the Respondent no.2 Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), 1st Region Meerut to sanction the pension of the petitioner along with arrears w.e.f. 01.04.2024 by including the adhoc services rendered prior to her regularization."

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the claim of petitioner is pending before respondent no.2. In this respect, petitioner has filed representation dated 22.2.2025, however till date, no order has been passed.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), 1st Region Meerut shall decide the representation dated 22.2.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.

It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the authorities concerned shall independently apply its mind and pass order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
