1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4. Notice to respondent no.5 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice in case respondent no.4 may be directed to consider

the petitioner's representation.

3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

Considering the above and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 i.e. District Program Officer, Integrated Child Development Services (I.C.D.S.), District Sitapur, U.P. within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
