1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner through this writ petition has prayed for the following main

relief:-

" (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus whereby directing the opposite parties to accept the Aangan Badi application form -2024 (Bal Vikas Pariyojana: Nagar) of the petitioner and call to the petitioner to participate in the counseling proceeding on the post of Aangan Badi Karyakatri of the Nagar Bahraich, end of justice ."

Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, which are taken on record, submits that the residence certificate submitted by the petitioner has been found to be forged, as per verification conducted by the concerned E- District Manager, Bahraich. Consequently, due to the submission of a fake residence certificate, the application of the petitioner, Sarita Tiwari, for the post of Anganwadi Worker was automatically cancelled.

4. In view of the above, and considering the fact that the residence certificate submitted by the petitioner was found to be forged during the verification

process on the online portal, no indulgence is warranted by this Court.

5. The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
