There is a consensus at Bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.692 of 2025 in Re: Ram Kishor Yadav and Another decided on 21.01.2025.
Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. It is provided that the petitioners would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Ram Kishor Yadav (supra) provided they are working and in receipt of the minimum of the regular pay scale as per the 6th Pay Commission.
