1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

2. On 24.3.2025 this Court has passed the following order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4.

The petition seeks direction to opposite party no.2 to reconstitute service book as well as GPF pass book for the purpose of payment of all retiral dues as the petitioner is going to retire on 30.6.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court towards letter dated 22.4.2024 written by ACF-II Chandauli to Food Commissioner, a copy of which is annexed with this petition as Annexure-7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since, the petitioner is going to retire soon in the month of June, 2025, therefore, GPF pass book as well as the service book of the petitioner, which is in the custody of the department, is required to be sent to the Accountant General Prayagraj for necessary action so that the petitioner may get his retiral dues in time.

Learned Standing counsel prays for and granted one week's time to seek written instructions in the matter from the opposite party no.2.

List on 2.4.2025 as fresh."

Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel submits that

although the letter was sent to all the respondents, the instructions have not been provided yet.

In view of the above, let a written instruction be provide to the learned Standing counsel by the next date of listing, failing which, the respondent no.2 shall appear in person to assist the Court along with the record.
