Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief:
(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.4/ District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bulandshahr to make the payment of salary of the petitioner for month of August, 2024, November, December, 2024 and January, 2025 forthwith and within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further salary be paid in future in each and every months as and when it fell dues."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the authority concerned, namely respondent No.- 4 on 4th January, 2025 and the same may be directed to be decided in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute to the above request.
In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 4th January, 2025 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
