Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief:
"i. Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of ad-interim mandamus directing to the respondents to consider the matter of the petitioner to consider the matter of the petitioner for revised pension according to basic pay-scale."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved representation in the above regard on 09.11.2022 to the concerned authority.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have have any objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned authority for disposal of representation of the petitioner in a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner regarding revised pension according to basic pay-scale and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
