Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, the same is taken on record.

Facts in brief as contained in the writ petition are that the petitioner was initially appointed as untrained Assistant Teacher by letter dated 03.07.1997 and approval was granted to the aforesaid appointment by District Social Welfare Officer vide its order dated 28.07.2000. After taking permission from the concerned competent autority, the petitioner has completed his B.T.C Training in the year 2016.

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that after completing training, the petitioner became entitle for salary of trained teacher but for the reason best known to the respondents, the same has not been paid till date. It is stated in paragraph 9 of the writ petition that for payment of salary as Trained Teacher, the District Social Welfare Officer wrote letters dated 19.09.2023 and 16.10.2024 to the respondent No.2/Director, Social Welfare Officer, U.P. Lucknow. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter.

In this view of the matter, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted time till 19.12.2025 to seek Instructions in the matter.
