Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Himanshu Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Tanisha Jahangir Monir, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition with the following prayers:

"(I) Issue a writ, order nature of mandamus or direction in the commanding the Respondent Authorities to sanctioned and pay the ACP, Pension, P.F. and ensured amount to the petitioner.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 to decide the the representation dated 17.11.2025 of the petitioner, within stipulated period of time."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for ventilation of his grievances, the petitioner has approached the authority concerned by moving representations. However, despite several representations being moved by the petitioner, no heed has yet been paid.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that in case the petitioner moves a fresh application/representation before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
