"1. Contention of learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is a Sub Inspector. However merely because of post leaving of the writ petitioner from the place of incident in question after directing the parties to maintain peace and tranquility, if any incident occurs subsequently, the writ petitioner cannot be held to be guilty of misconduct. It is further contended by learned counsel for the writ petitioner that even after expiry of

the respondents.
