Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3, Mr. Amit Verma, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.4, U.P. Cooperative Institutional Service Board, Lucknow to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 22.4.2023 sent by registered post.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for ventilation of his grievances, the petitioner has approached the authority concerned by moving representations. However, despite several representations moved by the petitioner, no heed has yet been paid, therefore, a direction may be issued to the authorities concerned to decide the same, within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 and learned counsel for respondent no.4 submit that the representation as placed by the petitioner is under consideration, accordingly, the same shall be decided within stipulated period as directed by this Court.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 (U.P. Cooperative Institutional Service Board,

Lucknow through its Secretary) to decide the representation as moved by the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
