Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the promotion list has already been published on 22.11.2025, therefore, nothing remains in the petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid promotion list, in case he is aggrieved by the same.
The aforesaid order has been passed in the presence of Mr. Om Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5.
