1. Contention of the writ petitioner is that by virtue of the order dated 30.06.2024 page No.29A, the writ petitioner, who was working as Junior Assistant in the Office of District Panchayat Raj, Kanpur Nagar, was attached at Auraiya in the Office of District Panchayat Raj Officer, Auraiya. A writ petition came to be preferred by the writ petitioner bearing Writ-A No.9145 of 2025 (Digvijay Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others), which came to be disposed of directing the respondent to consider the claim (page No.41 of the paper book). Thereafter, by virtue of order dated 09.09.2025 (page no.45) the claim of the writ petitioner has been turned down on the ground that in Kanpur Nagar against two posts, four incumbents are manning and thus the writ petitioner has been attached and it is not a case of transfer.
