Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the state, and Shri AK Maurya (AoR No. 0014 of 2020) holding brief of Siddharth Singhal for Respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the writ petitioner had participated in the selection conducted by the Commission for Combined Lower Subordinate Service General Recruitment Competitive Examination-2019. According to the writ petitioner, he is to be selected, however, he has not been accorded appointment on the premise that his caste certificate has been cancelled.

Submission is that the order cancelling the caste certificate was subject matter of challenge in Writ-C No.14200 of 2023 (Rajaram Gond versus State of UP and others), wherein the order cancelling the caste certificate was set aside and the matter was remitted back to the authority to pass a fresh order. Thus, the matter need re-consideration in this regard and no fresh orders have been passed post-remand by the Division Bench of this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel as well as counsel appearing for the Commission submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs to be adjudicated at the first instance by Respondent No.5.

Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.5 by 28.11.2025, who on
