1. Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Shri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be a Home Guard. However, his medical expanses have not been cleared.

3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided at the first instance by the respondent No.2, Director General Homeguard, Headquarter Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Considering the submissions made across the Bar without further delving into the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with a self attested copy of the writ petition and a certified copy of this order by 6^th December, 2025 before the second respondent, who shall thereupon examine the matter and pass appropriate order within a period of three months thereafter. In case, the second respondent is of the opinion that the matter needs to be addressed by some other authority, papers be transmitted to the same with due communication to the writ petitioner.
