The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition for a direction upon respondent no.2 to make payment of dues including provident fund and pension treating his date of birth as 06.08.1953. It is further prayed that the petitioner has made a representation in this regard which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction may be issued to look into the same in accordance with law.

Mr. Rishi Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State emphasizing upon page no. 25 of the writ petition wherein pension payment order has been enclosed, points out that date of birth mentioned therein is 06.08.1953, according to which all payments have been made.

In view of the above, the writ petition is misconceived and dismissed accordingly.
