The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayers:

"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash/set aside the impugned order dated 12.09.2025 passed by Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Hathras (Mahamaya Nagar)/ respondent no. 2.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Hathras (Mahamaya Nagar)/ respondent no. 2 to grant the family pension in favour of the petitioner."
