Heard Sri Arpit Agarwal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Dharamraj Chaudhary, learned State Law Officer for the State.

The case of the writ petitioner is that a recruitment process stood undertaken by the respondent for filling up on the post of Aganwadi Karyakatri of the concerned village, the writ petitioner as well as the fifth respondent also applied. According to the writ petitioner, the fifth respondent is not eligible and qualified in all respects particularly when though she had claimed at the time of filling up the application form the respondent no. 5 was not a widow and she had re-married prior to the advertisement and this fact has been concealed.

Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the second respondent, District Magistrate, District Prayagraj to decide the complaint/application dated 15.07.2025 and 28.08.2025.

Learned State Law Officer submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent District Magistrate, Prayagraj.

Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, District Magistrate, Prayagraj by 07.11.2025 . Thereafter, the second respondent

shall decide the claim of the writ petitioner within a period of two months, however, any selection, appointment shall be subject to the final orders to be passed.
