To, issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to delete the adverse character entry given to the petitioner in the years 2000-01, 2001-02 and 2002-03 in compliance of the attached Government Orders and allow the petitioner's grade pay of Rs. 6600 and Rs. 7600.
ii. To issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2024 (Annexure No.6) expeditiously within stipulated time so fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
