Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers :
"(i) To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 09.08.2024 passed by Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow, in Original Application No.1482 of 2023 preferred by the respondent, morefully annexed as Annexure No.1.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of Mandamus to keep in abeyance to the proceeding of the execution established by the respondent and the same may be dismissed."
Learned counsel for the petitioners says that a similar issue has been raised in Writ-A No.9365 of 2023 "Union of India and others vs. Ic-52351-K-Col. Brijendra Singh Bhadauria (Retd.)".
