Court takes note of a judgment passed by Division Bench, High Court of Allahabad, Bench at Lucknow in Special Appeal Defective No. 208 of 2025, Neutral Citation No.2025:AHC-LKO:29958-DB , and therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with an observation that due payment of all retired employees of respondents be settled in a chronological manner i.e. oldest case to latest case of arrears of pension etc, expeditiously, though it is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondents are suffering from huge financial crisis. Only on a ground that petitioner has approached this Court, he cannot claim priority for settlement of his dues if any to the employee who are not before this Court.
