The petitioner is an employee of a private contractor who in turn has been engaged by the respondent-corporation. There is no employer employee relationship between the petitioner and the respondent-corporation. The petitioner does not have any enforceable right against the respondent-corporation.
The writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
