The instant writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs.

"i. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 09.12.2024 issued by the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Services Selection Commission, Prayagraj/Respondent No.3 (Annexure-1 to this writ petition).

ii. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned consequential letter dated 29.07.2025 issued by the Director of Education (Secondary), Education Directorate, 18 Park Road, Lucknow/Respondent No.2 (Annexure-2 to this writ petition).

iii. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus restraining the Respondents from undertaking any action on the basis of the orders impugned dated 09.12.2024 and 29.07.2025.

iv. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent no.3 to complete the selection proceedings for the post of Principals of Higher Secondary Schools of which the requisitions have already been submitted to U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court.

v. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus prohibiting the Respondents from filling up all the vacancies referred to in the orders dated 09.12.2024 and 29.07.2025 as already requisitioned vacancies by way of transfer or otherwise."

Sri Shishir Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Staterespondents and Sri K.Shahi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 have vehemently opposed the instant writ petition and have prayed for four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
