Heard Mr. Ayub Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Dr. Govind Kumar Saxena, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the staterespondents and Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-gaon sabha.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that title objection filed after 12 years from the date of de-notification of the village in question, cannot be entertained and allowed by the consolidation authorities. He submitted that similar controversy has already been entertained by this Court in Writ B No.1439 of 2025 wherein interim protection has been granted on 7.5.2025.

On the other hand, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submitted that petitioners have no locus to file the revision under Section 48 of the U.P. C.H. Act before the Deputy Director of Consolidation. He further submitted that the revisional court has rightly dismissed the petitioners' revision under the impugned order. He also submitted that even the objection has not been filed by the petitioners as such, the revision or the instant writ petition filed at the instance of the petitioners cannot be entertained.

Matter requires consideration.
