Heard Sri Shivasare Saroj, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Prateek Kumar, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3.

Prayer in this writ petition is defective since a determination with regard to payment of ACP has already been made by respondents vide order dated 18.09.2023 and the same is not challenged or disputed by petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that amount so determined has still not been paid to petitioner and prays that same may be paid expeditiously, though admittedly petitioner has never approached respondents after aforesaid order dated 18.09.2023.

Learned counsel for respondents is not able to explain the delay in granting benefit as determined vide order dated 18.09.2023.

In aforesaid circumstances, since determination has already been made way back on 18.09.2023, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case benefit of above determination be not granted to petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, salary of Respondents-2 and 3 shall be seized till payments are made. In case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner with aforesaid period.
