The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents to consider the selection and appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School in District Ballia, against a post, if any, falls vacant under OBC category, pursuant to second round of counseling held on 05.01.2024.

Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 & 3, submits that the petitioner did not appear in the second round of counseling conducted on 05.01.2024, therefore, she is not entitled for any relief, however, he prays for two weeks' time to obtain instructions in the matter.
