1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayers:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 09.02.2023 passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal (Regional Bench) Lucknow in O.A. No.126 of 2023 titled as '676828 WO Jai Shanker Panda (Retd.) vs. Union of India & Others' (ANNEXURE No.1) to the Writ Petition.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus to keep in abeyance the proceeding of the execution established by the respondent and the same may be dismissed.
(iii) To pass any order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iv) To award costs in favour of the petitioners against the respondent."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that a similar issue has been raised in Writ-A No.9365 of 2023 [Union of India and Others Vs. Ic52351-K-Col. Brijendra Singh Bhadauria (Retd.)].
