Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to file counter affidavit specifically bringing on record the calculation details of the petitioner's pension since 2010. The respondents are also directed to distinctly respond to the case of the petitioner that a similarly placed employee namely Gopal Sharma is receiving higher pensions and he is being refused parity in pension for arbitrary reasons.
