Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authorities to repatriate petitioner from the Intelligence Department to her parent department i.e. Civil Police (District Police) in the light of Government Order 19.06.2019.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Director General of Police, D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
