Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for permitting them to join their parent department i.e. Civil Police from the Dial No.112 project since they have already completed three years of their positing in the Dial No.100/112 and as per Government Order dated 24.09.2021 such police personnel who have completed three years posting at Dial No.100/112 are required to be rebutted to their original place of department.

For the said grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation which however is not record and as such learned counsel seeks liberty to file fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioners restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e.Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik). D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
