Heard Sri Pankaj Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has received the amount of medical reimbursement which has been claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition and submits that the grievance to that extent, raised in the present petition no longer subsists and hence the writ petition has rendered infructuous. It is further submitted that for the amount which has been rejected, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the concerned authority with appropriate representation with regard to the same.

In the light of above, considering the fact that sanctioned amount of medical reimbursement has already been paid to the petitioner, no further directions are required to be passed by this Court in respect to the same, consequently, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. With regard to the amount which has been rejected, the petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate representation before the competent authority. In case any such representation is made by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order upon the same with expedition.

Subject to the aforesaid directions, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
