1. Heard petitioner in person and learned State
Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated
25.04.2022 and seeking a direction to opposite
parties to provide Original Service-book to
petitioner.

3. Earlier this Court on 29.10.2025 had passed the
following order:-

"In terms of directions issued earlier, learned State
Counsel has been provided written instructions dated
04.10.2025 which is taken on record and as per which, it
is submitted that petitioner has already been sent a
letter dated 03.10.2025 to the effect that he should
present himself before the authority concerned for
purposes of receiving his original Service Book.

Petitioner-in-person however disputes any such letter
having been received by him.

Since issue involved is very trivial in nature, list this
case on 03.11.2025, as fresh, in order to enable learned
State Counsel to produce original Service Book of

4. In pursuance thereof, the service-book of
petitioner in original has been produced and has
been served upon petitioner in person who has also
accepted receipt of same.
