Admittedly, against the impugned order of dismissal dated 03.04.2025, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, the petitioner has a remedy of filing of an appeal.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the dismissal order within a period of two weeks from today before the appellate authority. In case, such an appeal is filed by the petitioner then the appellate authority shall proceed to pass an order on merits considering the grounds as raised by the petitioner in the appeal which appeal would be decided a period of six weeks from the date of filing of an appeal along with certified copy of this order.
