Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Senior Treasury Officer, Ambedkar Nagar as a party in the array of the opposite parties, during course of the day.

Mr. P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State has placed the copy of the instructions dated 12.11.2021 and the same is taken on record.

Referring the aforesaid, he submits that the PPO has been issued to the petitioner and that shall be paid within shortest period of time.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the PPO has been issued, but the anxiety is that the same will not be paid prior to 29.11.2025 as the marriage of son of the petitioner is going to fall on 29.11.2025.

In view of the specific circumstances of the matter, the Senior Treasury Officer, Ambedkar Nagar is directed to ensure the payment as per PPO uptill 28.11.2025, to the petitioner, while completing all the formalities.

The copy of the order shall be served upon the Senior Treasury Officer by counsel for the petitioner as well as the State Counsel by tomorrow.

The copy of the order shall be furnished by the Office to the State Counsel today itself.
